Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of deepanswerlabs.com and, unless a product ships its own agreement, the products listed on it. Deep Answer Labs is a trading name operated from Prishtina, Kosovo. Plain language, because unreadable terms protect nobody.
Using the products
You may use our products for their intended purpose. You may not use them to break the law, to harass or endanger anyone, to infringe someone else's rights, to attack or overload the service, or to scrape or resell it wholesale. Where a product provides an anonymous channel between people, using it to threaten, stalk or harass is grounds for immediate and permanent termination.
Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.
Your content
Anything you create in our products remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display it in order to operate the service for you. We do not use your content to train models and we do not sell it.
Availability
These are products from a small independent studio. They are provided as is, with no uptime guarantee and no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Products can change, and products can be retired — the catalog on this site marks retired products explicitly and keeps them listed rather than pretending they never existed. Where a product holds data you care about, export it.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep Answer Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the products. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Paid products
Where a product charges, the price, billing period and refund terms are stated at the point of purchase and prevail over this page. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are additionally governed by that store's terms, and refunds for those purchases are handled by the store.
Intellectual property
The Deep Answer Labs name, marks, site design and product code are ours, except where a repository is published under an open-source licence — in which case that licence governs that code.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes move the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
