Privacy Policy
This policy covers deepanswerlabs.com itself. Each product has its own policy describing what that specific product collects — those are linked at the bottom of this page and from every product listing, because a single blanket policy across unrelated apps is neither accurate nor acceptable to app store review.
What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising tags, no third-party trackers and no cookies set by this site.
Standard web server logs record the IP address, user agent and requested path of incoming requests, as any web server does. These are used to keep the site running and to rate-limit abuse of the answer desk, and are not used to build a profile of you.
The answer desk
If you type a question into the box on the homepage, that question is sent to our server and — when a language model is configured — on to Anthropic's API to generate an answer, together with the public catalog text needed to ground it. Questions are not stored, not associated with an account, and not used for training. Your IP address is held in memory only, briefly, to enforce a rate limit; it is discarded when the process restarts.
Don't type anything confidential into a public text box on the internet. Including this one.
Fonts
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No other data is shared, and no cookies are set by that request.
If you email us, we keep that email and your address for as long as needed to deal with what you wrote about. We don't add you to a mailing list — there isn't one.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and you may object to processing. Write to privacy@deepanswerlabs.com; we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or EEA, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
Product policies

Changes
Material changes move the effective date at the top of this page. There is no version history UI; if you need to know what this said on a given date, ask.
